Playing with mud.

I had read plenty of things about the dreaded taping and mudding part of putting up drywall. I couldn't see why it was so bad. It seemed pretty straight forward and almost artistic in the way you could manipulate the mud to create the seamless illusion. Well, I'm here to say that taping and mudding sucks. It's a slow, monotonous process and I'm not even done putting on the first coat. I'm sure sanding will introduce new levels of suck once I get to it. Anyway, here's a pic of the magic in progress.
